A new mixed-use building in downtown Walpole, with 16 condominium units above 3 ground-floor retail spaces.
Each unit has an open kitchen and living area, hardwood floors, quartz counters, in-unit laundry, and its own mini-split heating and cooling. Residents park in an underground garage, and the commuter rail station is a short walk away.
Canton, MA
A 28-unit condominium community in Canton, built new from the ground up.
The site includes a main building and a smaller second building, with on-site parking and a long retaining wall along the back of the lot. Units have open kitchen and living areas and tiled walk-in showers.
Jamaica Plain, MA
A single-family home in Jamaica Plain, converted into six residential units.
From the street it keeps the look of the original house, with its front porch, columns, and cupola. Inside, every unit was rebuilt with an open kitchen and living area, quartz counters, and new bathrooms.
We self-perform the site work and run the full job from there, so you deal with one company from the first dig to the final walkthrough.
The owner runs the job, and usually the excavator too.
